At RFS we are a passionate and dedicated group of professionals who are committed to helping recruitment businesses find the right funding they need to grow and succeed. 

Our team of experts has years of combined experience in the fields of recruitment, financing, and business development, and we are passionate about providing our clients with the resources and support they need to achieve their goals.

Alex Grant

With several years of recruitment industry experience under his belt, in 2013, Alex successfully launched payroll and contracting business Quest Pay Solutions, which is now in its ninth year of trading. Then in 2017 Alex launched his second business, Recruitment Funding Solutions, providing back office and timesheet funding services to temporary recruitment agencies across multiple sectors throughout the UK.

Our Business Development Director, Keith, has decades of recruitment, funding and payroll experience and is a highly respected figure in the funding industry. With an extensive network of recruitment agency contacts, Keith has built an impressive reputation of integrity and trust from clients and contacts alike.

Crawfurd Walker

Our Chairman, Crawfurd, began his career in property and leisure development, following an MBA at Cranfield he then worked as an independent consultant advising a number of SME’s and FTSE 100 companies on strategic development and brand growth. Although his experience includes FTSE 100 companies, Governments and Professional Bodies, Crawfurd prefers to work closely with business owners and high-level decision makers in SME companies. He works closely with the RFS Leadership team to refine and deliver on our existing operations and identify and create new strategies to achieve our goals – always with a view to optimising and realising the value we have created.

Stuart joined the company as Financial Director after gaining a wealth of experience in roles in a variety of businesses, including accountancy practices, SMEs and a multinational NYSE listed company. With a keen eye for fiscal strategy and a track record of optimising financial performance, Stuart ensures our financial operations remain robust and sustainable.

Gavin Gosling

With over 10 years in the industry, Gavin is an experienced credit and risk manager who is responsible for monitoring the ongoing risk profile of active clients. CICM trained in all aspects of credit management, Gavin has implemented a range of processes and best practices across the business, covering everything from onboarding through to good invoice practice and collections.

Donna Male

Donna is a longstanding member of the team and is the Operations Manager of the business. Originally from a military background and then having gained significant experience while working as a Payroll and Expenses Manager in the payroll industry, Donna made the move to RFS where she used that experience gained to play a key role in the early growth of the business. Currently, Donna oversees all system operations and heads up the RFS Evolve service.

Zoe Jewitt

Zoe joined the team in 2020 with a payroll, banking and finance background. Since joining the business Zoe has quickly become a key person which has led to her being promoted within the company, and is now serving as the RFS Protect Team Manager. In her role as Team Manager, Zoe is responsible for the day-to-day running of the team and works closely with the credit and risk analysis team to manage client accounts.

Kayleigh Jones

Kayleigh is our Client Liaison Manager, having worked predominantly in customer service focused roles within the recruitment and payroll industry. Kayleigh’s key duties are to liaise with agencies on a day to day basis and act as a first point of contact for an agency if they need assistance. Kayleigh also plays a key role in the onboarding of agencies to the RFS service, ensuring that they are familiar with the company's portal and processes.

Lisa Joined the business as a Pay and Bill Officer bringing with her a wealth of experience from the payroll industry, having worked in payroll and accounting for over 7 years previously. Lisa handles the processing of large volumes of payroll and invoicing for the team and possesses a comprehensive understanding of the pay and bill system utilised by RFS.

Katy joined the busienss as a Pay and Bill officer coming from a background predominantly in healthcare. Katy’s friendly and helpful approach makes her a popular and reliable member of the team that agencies enjoy working with when engaging with RFS. On a day to day basis, Katy is responsible for running payroll and invoicing process, from start to finish, as well as producing weekly financial analysis reports for our agencies.

Amy Fox

Pay and Bill officer, Amy, joined the business from a commercial banking background and is known for her bubbly personality and helpful demeanour. With her strength in customer service, Amy is often the first person to pick up the phone when it rings! In her role as a pay and bill officer, Amy processes payroll and invoicing as well as handling compliance, and weekly financial analysis reporting.

We are delighted to introduce Milissa, our Compliance Officer. In her role, Milissa is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of compliance and ensuring the seamless integration of regulatory requirements within our operations. Milissa specialises in utilising the government's advanced digital verification platform to meticulously assess the eligibility of our temporary workforce. Her thorough and friendly approach provides our agency partners with the assurance that each individual's right to work is scrutinised with the utmost compliance and efficiency.

Her experience as a freelance design and marketing consultant also gives her an invaluable understanding of the operations and pressure points for start up businesses.
